WARNING: THIS RECIPE IS WAY WAY WAY TOO SPICY!!

Black Beans Recipe

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

5 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 medium onions (diced as big as you want)
3-5 garlic cloves (diced as big as you want)
1/8 tablespoon cayenne ( or more)
1/4 tablespoon black pepper (or more)
2 tablespoons cumin (or more to your liking)
2 tablespoons basil (or more to your liking)
1/2 tablespoon oregano (or more to your liking)
1 tablespoon coriander (ground)
1 can black bean (I like organic)
1 tomato (diced as big as you want)

Directions:

Add EVERYTHING EXCEPT Black Bean and Tomatoes, and saute until soft (approximately 5 minutes).

Add in Beans and Tomato, and heat it till bubbly.

Makes: 6
