tuna or chicken roll-ups

1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, diced
1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt (I use yogurt)
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. Swiss cheese or Mozzarella, grated
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 c. diced chicken or tuna (I use tuna)
2 pkg. crescent rolls

Saute onion and butter; add diced water chestnuts and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream or yogurt, bread crumbs, beaten egg, cheese, pepper and tuna or chicken. Roll up in crescent roll, starting at wide end. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Preparation: 15 minutes.

Cooking: 15 minutes.

Very easy recipe. Yields 16 sandwiches.
