family size tuna melt

I made this recipe tonight – they ate it, so thumbs up!


2 c. baking mix
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sweet relish
shredded cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface floured with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Pat into rectangle, 12″x8″, on greased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese. Spread over hot rectangle. Top with cheese slices. Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. 6 servings.
