I’m still spraying the dog with the anti-itch formula. It’s not getting worse but maybe improving a little bit. At night I smear Vitamin E liquid with tea tree oil on the areas that she bites on. Just have to keep at it and persevere and I think it will clear up.
As far as my diet goes, I do like to eat bread, yogurt, peanut butter and chocolate protein mix. For lunch I had a potato salad with lots of broccoli in it. I like to buy a pre-made potato salad at the grocery store and then add boiled potatoes, celery and eggs to it. It makes twice as much at least and still tastes good. It’s much easier this way since the sauce is already made. Too bad watermelon is pretty much a thing of the past for this season. I do love it!
I’ve started reading the book, The Hidden Power of Prayer and Fasting by Mahesh Chavda and it’s very interesting.
I am knitting little bags – I got the idea from vegetarian knitter. Hopefully soon I’ll be making my homemade lye soap – I still need to buy another thermometer – 2 are necessary, one for the lye and one for the lard. I found a book I already had on soap making so I won’t need to rely on library books.
